comics!
Mystique #23: Fuck you, Joe Quesada, for cancelling this book.
X-Men: Phoenix End Song #2: Heheheheh.
Black Widow #5: Have I mentioned that Marvel's editorial decisions people need to be fucked sideways with a chainsaw yet? They do. Cancelling both this and Mystique is such a crime when there's drivel like the X-Men still being produced.
Mys: There's my girl. She's sassy, she's sly, she's gonna kill Prof X and fuck everyone's plans over. Yay. The confrontation with Rogue was quite nicely done. There's a nice bit of sadness and bitterness. And, again, have I mentioned how much I LOVE the way she thinks? BOOM! baby. What a pity this is being cancelled. Sigh. There are so few intelligent women in comics these days.
XMPES: Still pretty. I could have done without the sickening Emma/Scott crap at the beginning. I don't agree with Scott's assessment, and really hope Jean kicks him in the head for saying she'd just run away from the problem (dipshit, she stuck with you in the fucking future and the damned PAST, for cryin' out loud, and you think emotions are gonna make her run away? Dude, remember Sunset Grace?). One thing I note: Scott seems to be paring himself down. He took on his song (and would have killed him without a problem). Now he's going after his ex-wife. Can anyone say psychotic? It rhymes with "Summers".
'Tasha: My love, my love, making yourself sick to hear how fucked up your life is is NOT the way to go. But you get mad props for doing it. This plot just gets more screwed up the deeper it goes. I love it. And there was lesbians! That blonde chickie grows on one. Her partner's an ass, though, man... And I love Natasha. Leaving the guy to the dogs was fuckin' brilliant.
Dear Marvel: Quit publishing shit like X-23, Runaways, NYX, X-Men, and publish more decent stuff like the above.
Love, Lyssie.
PS. Please garotte Rob Liefeld.

I haven't read any of the mutant titles in years now and your comments still made me laugh. And think. About how easy it is for some writer who hasn't a clue to barge into a book and just lay waste to everything good.

He had Stryfe reappear in one issue, but in the next, he was actually Domino. In Stryfe's armor. From a different universe. Nate (Cable) gave her the armor.
...I should go back to bed. Ow.

He's the worst thing to happen to Marvel.
