SG-1. I could not have loved this episode more. Unless Sam had kissed Jack to distract him from concentrating too hard to get the puddlejumper to work.

"What the--"
*puddlejumper starts up*
"Just thought you, uh, needed a distraction. Sir."
"Uh-huh. I think I need some more."
"The puddlejumper's working."

There was Harry, there was snark, there was Daniel being the bouncy boy we know he is when confronted by shiny ruins. There was Sam in her geekmode petting the 'jumper and wanting one all her own (she's got one, now. Jack should tell her it's her early Christmas present). There was FABulous Teal'c (the little smirk as he killed the other jaffa was lovely).

There was Jack. Off world.

There was Sam groping Jack.

There was beautifully paranoid OT3 reacting instantly to a threat! And Sam stole Jack's side-arm while grabbing his ass.

Also? There was Sam being a GOOD LEADER. And SG-1 actually going off world! On their own! Without backup, or anything! Dear writers, Do This More. Thanx, Lyssie.

And the end! Sam and Jack blew up a mothership and then were standing there with flowers! I died...

HAH! John worries about Liz, Liz worries about John. Bates considers locking them in a room together.

There was Grodin!!! I heart that man so.

And there was the (faint) hope that there's a worse baddie in Pegasus than the patheticness of the Wraith and the genii (who should really just wipe each other out).

I loved the fight between Teyla and Shep. I liked that Teyla is so damn competent. I love her more and more. (And the look on her face of, "Hrm. Stuck here with Shep... Sounds fun!" was lovely).

Ford! Hugging Rodney and Carson!

And then Carson and Rodney showing up at Liz's, obviously having just had "OMG you're alive!" sex!

Oh, Atlantis, I love you so, when the genii aren't there.

I know!! OT3 in the Puddle Jumper, OT3 reacting to a threat (and in like, total coolness: they each go a different way). And then Daniel is all lowering his weapon and is conflicting with Jack--who then gives in! No holding his breath this time, oh no. :)

Was it just me, or was there UST with Jack and Harry? And did you notice how Jack had Harry's flowers at the end? Yeah...there is something goin on there.

Heh. I kind of hold out the hope that the Wraith was an Ancient attempt to create something to battle their enemey...that failed, completely.

See, I now totally get those people who don't see Sam/Jack. Because Shep/Weir? Nothing. Nada. I just don't see it.

I think the best thing, in my head, is that it shows that Sam will go for a weapon. Any weapon. And makes all of the "Sam the Wimp" fic that much more irritating...
