I think I'm a few months behind. I thought that this job was being fazed (phased? I'm too Trekkified to know how to spell that anymore) out and that you knew that you were going to be laid off? Or is this a totally different job?

At any rate, you don't sound happy about it, so EVIL HISS BOO BAD to those evil people, and hugs for you, and I'm sorry. No matter what their reasons, it is TOTALLY ass-ish for them to do it NOW.
