One of my purchases this week is going to be a fucking mini tape recorder. I have two fics in my brain and if I had one, I could have muttered them out as I walked home. Instead, I have to hope they don't fucking eat each other before I can get them typed.

And my hands are cold.

If you can find a way, spend a little extra for a Creative (the makers of Nomad MP3 players) USB mini-recorder. They (and other brands, but this is the smallest and cutest I've found) come in different flavors (storage capacity), depending on what you want, need, or think you just can't live without. (I found mine at Walmart.) Record to your heart's content then plug into your computer and download. I can't imagine living without mine, now. Hee!
