So. Watched Star Wars the other night. And, sadly, had to suffer through the bad Jabba scene (again). But the tension! And the angst! And the snark. *pets the snark*. Dude, Lucas should have just said NO to new movies.
Afterwards we ended up watching Crossing Jordan (because we saw Jerry O'Connell... and we are sad, but we get sadder). It wasn't a bad episode, and I liked the blonde chick and Miguel Ferrer has always been amusing. I just... the reason I've never gotten into CJ is that Jordan herself makes me want to run away. I can NOT stand her. She's IRRITATING. and dumb as a box of fucking rocks (which is where sand comes from).
But, the clincher on this episode (which wasn't bad, plot-wise, it had two nice distinct storylines and some character fluff and the blonde who SO would be Paige Guthrie, if Paige were, say, 24) was halfway through when I was reduced to.
"Hey! Hey!"
Which yelp brought both roommates to look at the tv where...
There was shirtless Jerry O'Connell. And he spent a nice, like, two minutes shirtless.
Dear god, we are sad.
But it was a really REALLY nice shirtlessness.
And there was no Jordan the entire episode. I could actually watch this show if they were all this snarky and Jordan-less.
hrm. I should do something constructive.
