Posted the Cally/Avon piece to ff'net. I feel somewhat accomplished, and somewhat not. It works, scarily. And doesn't work, scarily. Eh. I will live.
At least it's one more piece DONE and finished, and I can move the fuck on.
Finally watched 'Pretense'. The Tollan? So deserved to die. Thank you, Apophis, for Anubis.
And Tanith.
Because the superior bastards SO needed an ass-kicking.
Re-watched 'Urgo'. I SO needed the amusement factor. SO needed it.
The whole spending half the day with porn in my brain? Yeah. Fried it. Although I' have notes, like, "Morning--half-awake nipple stimulation." "More porn."
And, the dialogue that began it...
"I can't believe I'm buyin' you."
"Zoe likes me. And," I fluttered my lashes at him, "Mal, you're so sweet! And, no, I *don't* charge by the hour."
He smirked. "Damn."
I also have this really freaky theory about why Nyssa and Tegan were so dumb in Mawdryn Undead.
A. Nyssa? Still recovering from the whole Adric is dead thing. Plus, she and Adric were about to finally have sex, and she's still pissed about it.
B. Tegan? Still recovering from being posessed by a Goa'uld. Er. Snake. Mara. Thing.
So, yeah. Skaara, Tegan, Sam... They could have some nice happy chats about what it's like to be used by a parasitical creature.
I also have the immortal line of, "Why, Carter, you intergalactic space hussy!" at the top of my page. With nothing indicating where it *goes*.
I mean, I know some of the random bits are for the post-Death Knell piece. But. Eh.
Hrm. I should sleep. There's this... work thing I have to do tomorrow.
