Watched 'Entity'; and when Jack shuts down the main power in the Gate room, he looks up at the control room, right at Sam. And I swear he gives this kind of look/shrug that's the kind most men give. It's the "I'm sorry, honey, I didn't *mean* to break the toaster." look.
