I have good news. Talked to the temp agency, and they had a job for me. Yay! I start on Monday.

Watched 'From Hell' earlier. Liked Johnny, mocked Heather, snickered because Coltrane is playing... his character in Cracker, basically. But. Liked the movie, even if it was slightly disjointed.

'Cause, let's face it. From Hell? At least coherent and tolerably good.

Whereas, 'Ghosts of Mars' is not only disjointed but complete and utter shit.

Tried to watch it, yes.

Hav e you noticed that Johnny Depp seems to almost invariably play fucked-in-the-head-in-some-way characters? If they're not stoned, brain-damaged, or neurotic and twitchy, then they're just completely off their nut. And I'm not even sure *how* to describe Edward Scissorhands.

Must be why I like him so much. I never go for the sane ones.

(And then there's crazy *and* flamingly gay. Jack Sparrow anyone? *G*)
