Day two of the cold has me starting to cough up my lungs. Sigh. Thank goodness I still have Ricola left over from the last time.
Ran many errands, got all the materials for my costume. Now remains the task of putting it together.... I may do the easy things first. cape, shoulder bits.
Also? It's damned hard to find baby powder blue fabric that's not thick as hell, or actually breathes... (and the sheer stuff was too see-through. Wouldn't have worked, I don't think) I finally settled for someething vaguely knitty. We'll see how it works. I'm also not happy about the pants part. But I think I've salved my conscience enough with a new pair of black pants... Eh. We'll see.
Oh. Need a swimming cap. Forgot that. Next time I go out, then.
