I am aware now, how everything's gonna be fine...
Y'know, it's damned hard to show people something and resist the urge. The terrible, horrible URGE to tell them how it all ends.
I introduced my parents and sister to Fasrcape. Premier and I, ET. They liked it. Dad had many questions, and mom had a few. And I had to keep resisting the urge to say, "Watch Aeryn and John! They get cute! And. And. D'Argo! And Rygel never dies! And--*little. Glass. Beads.*"
Because, y'know, that would mean. They deserve to see it in order and not have me spoil them horribly.
Although I did try to explain the Ancients, and probably failed miserably. Jenna claims they ripped of DS9. Whatever.
Mom thinks Aeryn and John have pretty eyes, though, and I was like, "Oh, yeah. They're great with their eyes. FABulous. *whimper*"
*click* "And there goes John.... Oops."
So. Should subject them to more, but I should sort of watch so I know whether there's any bad sex (y'know, Vitas Mortis is to be avoided... sigh. Yes, dad. Sex without marriage. Go away now.)
