I've been... having amusing irony, in the car. Yesterday, I was yelling at an idiot who cut me and two other people off, then proceeded to slow down TEN MILES... And the tape went on to the next song on Wild, which happens to start off with "Never get angry at the stupid people..." I laughed maniacally.

Today, I was cursing at the idiots around me driving through Forest Park, and Frankie Goes to Hollywood's Liverpool flipped over. Watching the Wildlife.... "Watchin' the wildlife, on my way home..." Well, I was on my way home.

And it was nearly hysterically funny. For me.

Shut up.

I left my Aussie music cd in the computer last night. Which meant that when I went to listen to it today, I had a nasty shock. And nearly cried. I settled for cursing a lot under my breath, however.

Oh! And on a political note: Dear Mr. Bush. PLEASE stop talking about Hitler and Nazis. For one thing, you've just invoked Godwin's Law. For another, it makes me mock you aloud to people in the break room. Since everyone I work with is Republican and Christian, this makes my life somewhat difficult.

Cd players are useful toys. Must go stick my batteries in the recharger soon. They were almost out this morning. Bah.

I love it when the universe (or the myriad invisible inhabitants of the universe, at any rate) give me such literal messages... When I was in school, it was often by dropping the perfect book for my purposes on my head when I was reaching for another one...
