you're not the only one who can smell fear...

So, last night, I scanned a bunch of Gally photos. This prompted my subconscious, apparently. Because I dreamt, this morning, of LA, Gally, Random, and an ice cream machine.

Ryss and I got ice cream. For some reason, Random was the one serving us, and she was irritated that we only got plain ice cream. Apparently, it's a faux pas, or something, to not get oodles of sugary fudge and other things on top.

To which I replied, "I'll put those on when I buy this place."

...And so, next day, I bought the ice cream machine.

Random was very helpful in teaching me to run the thing. Then she watched as I gave away candy to children.

It becomes hazy, after that.

But as you can see, my mind is a strange and twisted place.

Like Ryss, I'm going to have to do my Gally report over some time. Text files are my friends.

In other news, I now have 12 inches of Matrix. Yay! And a Dot and an Enzo. Enzo can wear Eomer's helmet, which is cutely amusing. And Dot can strangle Eomer. I must get a Not!Faramir to test this theory further.

Oddly, I now also have a Jean Grey. I went to four KB Toys today, and at the second, looking at the racks of Rogues, I said, "You know. I need a Jean. I think I'll make that a goal at Wizard World."

The next KB had... A Jean Grey. It's the short-haired one, but I like her. Besides. Insane Telepath. Hee.

I also bought an Aragorn. I figure on a complete set, eventually. No signs of Legolases, however. Which is sad. I have a skateboard just crying out for him.

Went to the St. Louis Centre, for my last stop (5th Mall. No KB, sadly). The place is... sad, in a way. It's terribly deserted. Half the stores have closed. And the bathrooms... decrepit, is the word there.

The Camelot Music was closing (tomorrow... o.O), and everything was 50% off. Yay. I have Portishead, Poe's first album, and Adema. Plus, widescreen Disney 3 Muskateers on DVD. Mmmm. Paul! And Oliver Platt (*grrrrorrrw*).

All in all, a worthy day. Even if I don't have more Reboot figures. Or even a Bob. *sniffle*

The mind is such a strange labyrinth...

Yes... but it's also fun and friendly.

So I have to ask:

"What color Birthday Hat would you like?"
