The Parade of Maroon Saturns

Have you ever noticed that, when you own/take care of a car, you tend to notice that make and model and colour on other cars as you drive?

I do.

For instance, the other day, it was the Parade of Maroon Saturns. About four of us. In one lane.

Yesterday, it was just two maroon Saturns, and about three other maroon cars.

This isn't the only oddness.

I was surrounded by all white cars a few weeks back.

Dude, if *I* were Black Ops, I'd drive a white car. Makes suspicion seem so unplausible.

buhbye

I've got theories of what the Black Ops folks are driving around, but they watch places like this, so I'm remaining quiet. We used to believe it was Kraft trucks, but I believe their contract with the government ran out, since I don't see them ANYWHERE anymore.

*g* I do the whole "look! Other people with my taste in cars!"

and the Black Ops probably drive a lovely variety of cars in all colours, including black.

Driving a fleet of all black cars is silly. Too obvious, and probably expensive.

If I were Black Ops, I wouldn't be driving something that gets attention, and black cars do.

There are even songs about them.

You don't ever hear songs about cars that aren't black [or red].
