DALnet update

Several servers are NOT sending the IdentD request to your computer. Because of this, they're not receiving the answer, and you get klined.

Foe had a list of servers, but I'm blanking on all but one:
mesra.kl.my.dal.net
And that's because I'm on it

Unfortunately mesra is doing that to me, too. Drat.

Ah well. Should probably go accomplish something anyway....

And here I thought it was my computer that had the ident problem! Now I find out it's DAL... *sigh*
