So, ever had the experience of setting your alarm and thinking, "Hey, I hope I sleep through it?"

Er.

Actually...

So, I wake up this morning, and think to myself, "hrm, wonder what time it is--"

Boom. My alarm is now going off. I have it set to the radio, so it was actually Duran Duran's "Rio"... I hit the snooze.

Only way to preserve my sanity.

So, I drift back to sleep, only to wake up ten seconds before it goes off. Again. I did this about six times, just to test a theory.

I am Psychic. I know when the alarm is going to go off. And I know how long the snooze is (you can't tell anymore, the whole clock is mildly fucked up). Wahey.

Lauren, my sister's cat, is not too happy with this nack. She likes to sleep late.

Not that I don't agree.

God, but service days are wonderful. I needed the sleep I got. I needed the time I spent writing between 1 and 3am this morning....

It's raining today. It seems like it's been raining forever.

I think I've now overdosed on chocolate. Cocoa Krispies, and Keebler Fudge-Striped cookies. Mm.
