I did several times. It's one, wherever it is.

I left it on my desk in plane view on Monday night when I left work.

Either

a. someone grabbed it, realized it was the cheapest of cheapy phones and tossed it

b. someone grabbed it and was ignoring the truly horrendous ring tone I chose.

c. it got knocked to the floor and tossed as garbage

d. someone grabbed it, intending to turn it in, then forgot and... idk. ignored the ringing.
