One hanging question from 'Bells of St. John'.

Just what did Clara do with the change they made for breakfast? Did she put it in a pocket when no one was looking? Because it was full and then she hands it to Eleven, and it's empty.

Most of my other questions are of the "I'm anticipating answers from the Moff/expect explanations later" variety. Not that I think I have many?

She very quickly dumped it into a drawstring bag before handing the hat back to the Doctor. I was curious about it on my first watch and carefully looked at the scene on rewatching. It's a small moment, but it's there.
