Revenge 1.21

Lotsa spoilers. Obvsly.

So. Um. That whole "Sammy is going to die, he's in danger, now he's dying and it's so so soooo sad" scene? Yeah. Really boring. I spent most of it going. "Really? You're wasting time when Emily could be plotting with this bullshit? WTF."

I do not care about how 'connected' she is to her humanity, show. I don't watch it in the hopes that she will learn the evil of her ways and become a good housewife.

And that kiss was just. ugh. I don't ship anyone on this show much (aside from Amanda/Emily, because, c'mon now). And that kiss was just painful to watch. So over-dramatic and stupid. And I could just see the writers going, "and here is where Emily thinks it's a good thing she is not Tainted By Killing and is Innocent" or some stupid crap like that. And ugh. ugh. Ugh. ugh.

Nolan? Yeah. Not surprised he got himself killed (personally, that's what you get when you mess with dangerous people, you stupid fucker). And now he's left it wide-open for them to come after Emily.

Good job, asshole. You and your holier than thou bullshit can fuck right off. OH WAIT. You're probably dead. Problem solved!

But, no, the sad thing is that killing Nolan is probably more of a mess that the white-haired dude doesn't want to clean up yet. He'll probably toss him into some sort of kidnapping situation. (Nolan is, like, reclusive, so I suppose... there's a question, where IS Nolan's side of beefcake bodyguard?)

Poor Charlotte. :/ I get where Yonkers girl was coming from, but Char was too vulnerable at that moment for it to go anywhere good (EMILY, YOU SHOULD BE WATCHING OUT FOR HER, DAMMIT--SHE IS JUST LIKE YOU).

In the end, I want Emily to kill someone. I think she's more than capable, and I still think that part of her anger over Frank's death was that she didn't get to plan it. Amanda wasn't supposed to take the initiative, after all.

Amanda needs to come back. srsly.

However, I do think this is a set up for season two to be Emily and Victoria vs The Graysons. So. (and finally, oh, Lydia. You are so screwed. And not in the fun way.)

I cannot agree with this more!

One wonders how a billionaire like Nolan doesn't have some Stark-esque security system. Oh wait, he's an idiot.
