O.o has it really been almost a week?

Oh well. TVS!

1. Person of Interest. I actually watched all of what was out there (six episodes, sheesh) Thursday night. It was highly entertaining, and I sort of deeply love and adore detective Carter. (I love that they're really going out of their way to NOT have "women in peril" plots, and, really, "men in peril" plots aren't really their bag, either)

2. Once Upon a Time. The third episode contained one of my personal kinks. The fourth episode has given me vague ideas for femslash. (it's hard to femslash in a show where two people are related, and the third is... idk. I find it hard to hate!ship here)

3. Wendy. Web-series, with some great visuals. It was entertaining.

4. Are You Being Served? I went through six discs. sigh. MAH CHILDHOOD. Also, Mrs. Slocumb makes an excellent Robin Hood. (I would pay money to see that version of Robin Hood. Sadly, it will never come to pass).

1. I love Carter. I wish she had a first name.

Yeah, it's part of what made me buy into the show, even with two male leads and a first-nameless recurring female character.

As do I. Then again, I'm not sure anyone outside of Lionel has a first name that I, well, trust.

Yeah. John Reese: pseudonym. His favorite one, but still. Harold Finch: also a pseudonym. Though at least it's something. (And possibly I'm extra-miffed because I've been mulling over Carter fic already, and having no first name is giving me fits.)

I spent half an hour using my google-fu trying to dig up a first name for her in my nomination of the fandom for Yuletide, since I thought she'd used her first name once, but apparently not. :/

Aha, you're the reason Zoe Morgan's name is there! Yay!

I don't think it does? I mean, I enjoyed it, but I liked The Pretender, too, and det. Carter is pretty awesome.

Thieving women on horseback who cosh their one-day-beloveds over the head. (It's related to pointing their guns at each other)

I suspected as much. That was pretty much the moment I went from "Well they're pretty unobjectionable so for so that's something I guess" to "TRUE LOVE FOREVER AND EVER"

I, uh, may have a similar kink. Possibly.

Whoops. I have no idea why it did that. o.O

Anyway! YES. The lovey-dovey stuff was all right, but I was all "they're cute, yes" and then, and then, I was all "OMGLOVEYAY" (ok, also, she mocks him. A lot)

I love this show, too, I was turned on by a coworker. (I also enjoyed Pretender but I have never seen the whole series)

It goes off the rails a bit in season four (like, PSYCHIC CONNECTIONS off the rails), and the two movies they did after are so ridiculously hilarious. BUT. The Pretender is still fun.

=D
