This is mostly about Chloe King, whoops.
After twenty-four hours (or nearly) there are 18 pages of prompts at the Femslash Kink Meme. Prompting is open for two more days (there are 455 comments, but a few are people +1-ing ideas)
I finally watched this week's Nine Lives of Chloe King.
It made me very gleeful.
So many women! So much of the plot revolves around them and their interactions with each other! This show could be AWFUL and I would still love it, just for that. OMG.
JASMINE KEEPS PUTTING HER LIFE ON THE LINE FOR CHLOE. And she may be trying to be her friend and stuff.
And and
There was no Alek. I DID NOT MISS HIM. SHOW. CAN HE PLEASE STAY AWAY?
Amy/Paul is adorbs. OH PAUL. Though, to be fair to him, it's not like Chloe flat-out said "take her dancing/to dinner"
No, really, Jasmine keeps doing things like throwing down with twins from Rio and taking knives for Chloe. I ship it.
Chloe's mother is lovely, and one day, she will be in the same room as Valentina, and the imagined hate!annoyed!rage!sex will be so hot. I'm sad that Chloe feels she can't tell her--
And I also like that Jasmine is sort of being pulled into Chloe's circle, to where she can have people close to her. I feel like the Mai are very much isolationists, and they don't bond well even among themselves.
Oh, Brian. You know how there are things that trip my iddish glee? Men hiding behind the women who own their balls is one of them. Zoe/Wash, for instance. And now, Chloe/Brian. HE SCUTTLED OVER TO HIDE BEHIND HER OMG. That was hilarious. You know what else is hilarious?
"Even when I was leaving, I was never leaving you."
Show, you did not just go there. THAT WAS HILARIOUSLY SAPPY.
But they did.
And yes, ship Chloe/Jasmine though I may, I'm also happy to ship Chloe/Brian, as I actually like him (ok, I might fast-forward all scenes with his dad in them that don't have Valentina, but I like Brian)
However, it looks like it's firmly established: kissing Mai = death to humans.
SIGH. so cracky, but so lacking in, erm, sex. (which is silly)
Unless Brian, Chloe and Jasmine come to some sort of arrangement where Brian hugs her a lot and Jasmine sexes her a lot?

We're all about helping characters come to arrangements, right? We are helpful.
You know, you're making this sound like something I need to watch. Wimmen! Interacting!

And I don't know that it's a good show, but it is entertaining.
