1. Trucco was naked on a balcony on Fairly Legal last night. unf (thank everything ever for screencaps)

2. I was feeling worse (and had a possible uti), so I finally went to the doctor. I now have an antibiotic called cipro-something that makes me thirsty all the time omg.

3. I have the apartment to myself. I think I'll go to bed early.

4. After finishing Haven, I shoved all of Nero Wolfe (as audio) onto my work schedule. It's a bit disconcerting, as the Chief is one of the day players they used. Also, Kari Matchett, how AWESOME are you?

5. Things I would like to have return soon: Covert Affairs, Haven.

6. I watched the last three episodes of Human Target. Indira is so fabulous. SIGH. (there is this thing she does, with her eyes, and I'm like *flail* at her--also, the black leather is a good look for her)

ahahahah. I... have failed to actually watch any of it. I tried to watch the pilot, but I just couldn't manage more than two minutes of it.

Um, you're not allergic to penicillin are you? Because that was what happened to me when I discovered I was allergic. I was gulping down water like crazy and I had horrible hives/itching that just wouldn't stop. If you're having those symptoms you should probably stop the Cipro and see a doctor (again).

Not that I know of. Mostly, I think it's just dehydrating me.

Cipro is a powerful broad-spectrum antibiotic. Be careful and report any other side effects you have but excessive thirst could also be triggered by the UTI itself. The biggest issue most women have after a round of Cipro is gastro-intestinal wonkiness and a high incidence of yeast infections since it's going to kill off all the beneficial stuff, too. Eat a LOT of yogurt or start taking active cultures in a pill form or both - it may help.

That's... sort of unsurprising to know, since I think he wanted to kill anything infecting me.

The problem with their side effects is that they're things like dizzyness (which doesn't help, I've been dizzy off and on for a week); and joint pain (I always wake up stiff and sore in various joints, so that also doesn't help. sigh)

But I am keeping an eye on things.

And I dislike yogurt a great deal. sigh.

They've at least started filming Covert Affairs! Though it won't be back til summer.

I'm a bit afeared for FL, though -- it held pretty steady for 4 weeks but ratings dropped like a rock yesterday. Hopefully it'll bounce back. Or people will stop watching Jersey Shore. *sigh*

Cipro saved me this summer. At least twice.

That being said, I agree with what dremiel said above. Drink plenty of water, and start on yogurt or cultures (I was taking live cultures).

my bad. the woman who portrays Colvard has the same exact voice as the woman who portayed Liza Hearn...hence my comment.
