1. Chiana is so totally my personal little black dress (seriously, Chiana/Alex Summers, Chiana/Ororo Munroe, Chiana/Amy Pond...) I should write her more fic. hrm.
2. I also made a B5 desktop for fslashland 1024x768 - and it's sort of making me want to write Ivanova/Delenn/Lyta in some sort of jealous triangley-thing. idk. My brain is a bit off, possibly.
3. I feel like writing vague "what do people bloody want of femslash?" meta, at some point. It's going to have to wait, though. I want to go to bed early tonight.
4. I have Ororo Munroe fic I need to type up. I don't even know where it came from (hallo, brain, you're odd).
5. Two more scenes (to replace two I ganked since they're not quite in the same flow) and I will be DONE with my femslash big bang. Shockingly, it clocks in at 27,000 words. (that's only 20,000 new words, though, I had the other 7,000 beforehand and went, "Hey, I bet I can write more fight scenes and some heated kisses to pad this out" and lo, I did)
6. Nano! It is still at about 500 words. Though I finally have, like, ideas. And a bunch of sketchy one-sentence scenes to write into actual, y'know. Scenes.

Most people who write femslash--and I mean those who do more than write one or two drabbles on the side of their other fandom writing and then go "look! See? I do like the women, too!" before going back to their all-cock, all-the-time writings (yes, dears, we saw what you did there, now please put them back before you damage them and go the fuck away)--anyway. Most people who write femslash probably aren't writing in your fandoms because no one said "Hey, this fandom has some awesome women in it who are all gay together." or "There is one woman in my fandom, but she could be so gay with women from other fandoms or OCs." or something to that effect.

AHAHAHA, I know! Because mostly people are busy writing their all-cock all-the-time fests instead, and the femslashers get their word of mouth on new fandoms from, shockingly, EACH OTHER.

I don't know, I was thinking of doing some kind of every-Friday post and starting off with a "post how you feel about femslash" thing. And then turn off IP logging. Could be bad, could be lots of fun.
