Late Monday thought. things.

1. Why I think Kitty Pryde is awesome ok, one of the reasons. etc. whatever.

2. YOU GUYS. We watched this movie tonight, IT WAS SO BAD. But. but. the two leads were teenage girls who basically went around SHOOTING THINGS and shopping at the deserted mall and getting themselves occasionally into danger and also wearing horrifically awful fashion. And it had a wee!Robert Beltran in it which was HILARIOUS and also the older girl had all the high scores in the space/sf video game she adored. (it was 'night of the comet' I think). Mostly, though, SO AWFUL AND YET AWESOME OMG.

3. Lost Girl. One quick thought on Vexed: am I the only one who kept O.o ing at Bo's new hairstyle/makeup that makes her look liked Miss Parker from The Pretender? BECAUSE IT WAS REALLY DISCONCERTING.

4. bed, oops

THANK YOU! I could not figure out why she looked so familiar, and it was driving me nuts, because I know I've never seen any of her other work.

Now if I could just figure out why Lauren looks so familiar.

Night of the Comet: Best bad 80s SF movie EVAR!!!! You forgot to mention the zombies! And the zombie-radiation-judgment-impaired scientists! It is AWESOMECAKES and I adore it beyond all reason. Reason is totally best checked at the door.

It was one of those you have to love it because it's so 80's! *lol*

How could I forget the radiation-zombie-scientists? And how the government lady was supposed to "put down" the kids because they were "infected" when it turns out they weren't?

Man, I'm going to have to hunt this bad!movie down now...

3. I spend so much time trying not to think about how much Anna Silk looks like Mary-Luise Parker that I didn't even notice the resemblance to Andrea Parker.
