lazy saturdays

2. Having a boy for a roommate only sucks on Saturdays when you wake with a full bladder after he's wandered in to take a shower. Whomever claimed that men are fast in the shower are wrooooong.

3. I dreamt in Lost Girl. My brain created a new character named Erica. She was Bo's twin sister, and knew all about her powers and how to control them. She spent a lot of time mocking Dyson and having a mutual loathing pact with Kenzi. Oh, brain. Mary Sueing it up since 1987.

4. Have I mentioned the Saga of the Back Porch? We still don't have a basement or laundry. It's been two weeks, at least.

5. This is sort of epic OH, TEA PARTIERS.

You know, the Tea Party sort of had a point at one time, but it's so buried in asshattery and general wrongness now that it's just scary. (Please don't hate me, I said 'sort of' and also 'had' and they're long since killed my willingness to see their point.)

My mom and I were *always* complaining when dad went into the bathroom, because we knew he'd be in there for at least a half-hour. I think it's another myth perpetuated by men, I really do.

Yup, whoever said that men take less time in the shower - lied their asses off. I have had that exact scenario happen to me more than once on Sundays when The Evil One comes out. He won't tell me, "Do you need the bathroom?" just hop on in the shower & I'm going, "Argh!" :-p
