tvs! Nikita, Haven, er, and a random Resident Evil: Extinction bit.

Blah, spoilers, etc. (I still have to catch up on Leverage and Covert Affairs)

1. Nikita. Which we caught before Haven last night, as they were re-running it. I think I like it? Was sort of wackily bad, but also fun with the women driving the plot. The dude who is Michael is really boring (character and actor), as are most of the men. I'm sort of interested to see how long Alex will last as a double agent. And whether Nikita will wear sensible shoes. sigh.

2. Haven. Show. Show, we are going to have words, I'm just not sure what yet. But still, I like the building on the whole mystery, and I love Audrey, even if, well, it wasn't Audrey for lots of the episode. Audrey still gets the best lines, too. INSIDE VOICES. ahahahah. Duke continues to fail to be anything more than, um, slightly boring and snicker-worthy. HE'S A ROGUE. AND ANGSTY. and really not so good at being either.

3. Resident Evil: Extinction. I hadn't managed to watch it before (I need the right mood for zombies). And I was supremely, utterly bored with how much of the movie was wasted on the faceless umbrella dudes. Like, the entire bit with them could have been cut, the movie would have been half as long and... no one would have noticed their loss. It had a very obvious "middle of a story" feel to it, unfortunately, and I loved Claire and Alice and how they had all the important conversations.

It felt... half-finished, sadly. And everyone died. Oh well.

Also, the femslashiness. <3

I kind of liked Nikita too. And I've also fallen behind with Covert Affairs and Leverage. Right now my DVR is full of Mad Men and Rubicon.
