So, I was listening to Pressure Point at work...

...and I remembered that, as a small child, I used to make Construx teleport bracelets and the four of us kids would run around the backyard/playgrounds pretending to be the Liberator crew. I was Jenna, with flashy clothing and a yearning for high-heeled boots. SIGH.

I also did a lot of ordering people around.

ANYWAY. We always did obstacle-y things, so that we could blow up control. =D Especially when there were monkey bars.

Construx!!!!! They were my favorite thing ever. And no one else ever knows what I'm talking about, they all only had Legos.

I used to make "swords" and make people fence with me. :)

oh, man. I think we tried swords, but they were always a bit too wobbly.

And we had both Construx and Legos, but one was more useful to making teleport bracelets and guns than the other. =D

I don't know what Construx is, but my friend [livejournal.com profile] leglou and I used to pretend the swingset was a time machine and the faster/higher the swings went, the farther back or forward in time we'd go. :P

Bwaha. I think we just tried to make a loop over the top. And pretending we were flying. =D

When I was in Kindergarten, at the edge of the playground, there was this old tree that had for some reason, the dirt had caved out from in inside the root structure, creating the most awesome *underground* treehouse. I remember being able to fit about 12 kids in there...I couldn't fit my head through the opening now. LOL

Fun...:D

*laughs* I always wanted a big wheel, but ended up with a new sibling, instead. BROTHERS ARE SO ANNOYING, let me tell you.

Although we did get a red wagon.
