I shall fall asleep on the bus.

The most annoying thing (after the car thing and the bruises) about the accident? I was writing Primeval fic in my head, hoping to park in time to get most of it down. V. frustrating. I've only seen up to episode five, but I'm annoyed at the way the show frames Helen, or perhaps she annoys me. Argh. (also, I had all this insightful stuff in my head while I was showering, but now it's gone).

In closing: I'm out of Who audios, though I've had to skip a few because BF's US accents are paaaaaaaaaaaainfully awful. *shudders* And apparently, Peri with Five is too bland for my tastes, and Erimem (sp?) wasn't interesting enough in her debut episode to keep me listening. :/ (I tried twice before giving up)

Erimem's debut is not the greatest, I know; it takes a bit of time to get the dynamic going between the three of them. (Their later audios together are beautiful.)

I think it's mostly the plot I found boring, luckily. Some of these are really hit and miss (save one or two, the Dalek ones have... been slow going and I end up getting distracted and doing things like shipping various one-off characters to pass the time. Oddly, Sword of Orion still makes me gleeful), because I have... things I get bored by, I guess. Or depressed by? hrm.

I know there's another of hers coming up I'll happily listen to.

I watched the first season of Primeval and the whole time I kept thinking how much more interesting the show would be if it was about Helen as an anti-hero.

YES. I actually WANT to know what's going on with Helen, not this "and now ex-hubby will Angst Quietly about his Lost Wife" nonsense.

I hate writing in my head in the shower, because then I must choose between getting it down or being late for work.

... Speaking of which.

*snugs* Ack. I'm sorry, I forgot to start putting them up.
