My desktop did the same thing. I think it did it's 'automatically update' thing, though I don't know how when I put it in sleep mode. My computer does things in its sleep!

My laptop restarted because of Windows Updates three nights running two weeks ago. And there are still updates waiting according to a tray icon. I wanna know, what's up with that.

I don't know your browser preferences but Firefox usually asks you, if it was closed improperly, whether you want the previous tabs reopened.

Unfortunately, Firefox considers the OS rebooting to be a normal circumstance. :/

Sometimes my Firefox asks even then. When it's Windows Update, I mean. But not, now that you make me think of it, always.
