Watched part of an episode of Castle. Enough to discover Kate Beckett is Yet Another Cookie Cutter 'strong' woman with a stick up her ass who has no power, and is there to be an obstacle to the Awesome Male Lead who swans all over the place being an asshole. Ugh.

Huh. I should have known there was a reason I didn't watch past the pilot. Glad to know I made the right call.
