evening notes

Fslash today is hosting a kink meme to commemorate 1000 posts. (holy shit) (and yes, the first thing I did when I came home was write Katee Sackhoff/Mary McDonnell rpf. Don't judge me!)

Twin Peaks. I should actually write up thoughts of some sort at some point. Mostly? The men suck and the women are awesome. And hot. */shallow*

*makes self write other stuff*

eta: Also, like, for seriously? Dark Blue is just awful.

Jeez Louise! Do I have to come over there and turn the damned TV off? There is plenty of awful yet *Fabulous* stuff to waste your time/brain with. Dark Blue is just plain bad.

Oh, I'm not watching, just commenting. ;] (I am actually watching Leverage right now)

There are thoughts to be had about "Twin Peaks" other than those? ;)

Sigh. I've probably watched this show more deeply in the past. This time around, I'm mostly all, "Oh, pretty!" *ships* "Hot!" *ships more,* etc.

I have a few! Sort of.

Not surprised about Dark Blue. The premise looks interesting enough (albeit done better by several other shows), but the guy from the Practice always seems so freaking full of himself and I have no doubt that he'd turn that role into some masturbatory fantasy for himself.

Yeah. He's really the poor man's Joe Flanigan (seriously, I thought it WAS Joe F. until they plastered names on it).

Though, really, the most pathetic part about it is how they won't run the Leverage 'next week' until after you've suffered a good five minutes of this mediocre crap. I'm hoping smart people are turning it off, otherwise it's going to get Leverage's ratings, too.
