about not having my brain hooked up to my computer? I woke up, confused and disoriented and trying to work out what I'd been dreaming (something with murders and weirdness iirc), and walked into the bathroom to take a shower.

Whereupon, the entire 'taking over the black market' scene exploded in my head. Nate giving directions, rounding up the hookers, detailing Hardison to work on the financials and Parker to check on the kids, and Eliot to... bandage up whatsisface since Nate accidentally shot him, and then. and then, Leland arrives, all set to be a Hero or whatever, and Nate's like, "We got it under control, but you could get your doctor down here to look at these people, make sure they're healthy."

sigh. There was more. And it was good, and sparky and ridiculously easy, and Nate had whatsisface jailed on conspiracy charges over Fisk's death and child prostitution and such and...

I only remember it in patches.

This is why I hate the way I get fic, sometimes. Because I get these whole scenes and if I don't write them, they're gone. There is no way in hell I can sit down here and write up anything other than this entry, I have to leave for work.
