3. I have been behind in mentioning this, but I will be flying down to Wrath of Con this weekend (and then flying back Sunday for the awesome aj's birthday). Anyone in the Florida panhandle type area who wants to mock the pasty white northerner... will probably get mocked back. (eta: am going to be hanging with palmetto, I told you I was braindead)

You do. I tend to read mostly slash (and some femslash), but I think it's because by and large, more people are writing slash and so you get better slash based on that. And because there's more good slash out there, people write more slash, and it goes on and on.

People need to realize that sometimes het couples are just as interesting as slash couples and write their fic accordingly!

Now I need to go finish some slash...
