Dear brain, why did you stick Fiona Glenanne in my dream as Tony DiNozzo's partner in an op?
I mean, I sort of get Mike Franks being her handler (not that Mike liked her, though he respected her ability to have something explosive at hand at any give moment--and it's not like Mike likes ANYONE, except maybe Gibbs...).
But Tony? Is so way out of her league.

Anyway. I don't actually know what was going on, just that Tony was being useless and Fi was being awesome and Mike was wondering why he was pulled out of retirement again.
