Just for the record, 'The Lake, 104.1 94.5' ? You CANNOT call it 'No Bummer Friday' and then play The Verve's 'The Freshman'.

srsly. DEPRESSING SONG IS DEPRESSING.

Are they kidding? It's not even one of those songs that sounds like it might be happy until you really listen to it!

NO. Two songs before, the dj had come on and done some spiel about "No Bummer Friday, so we won't even talk about traffic unless it's REALLY AWFUL."

I KNOW. Luckily, er, I have things to distract myself with.

Yeesh, I'm getting sad just thinking about that being played.

It is sorta sniffle-inducing.

The Lake is 94.5... I don't think there's a 104.1 in Milwaukee...

But yeah, I don't listen to the Lake in the afternoons, as I couldn't stand the DJ when it was still 'KTI, and it was nice without him, but I imagine he pulled a contract threat with his lawyer, so they have to honor it until it's up for renewal.

The guy's a gimboid anyways, so I'd just ignore everything he says.

OH MAN. 104.1 was the "we can't decide what format we are" station in St. Louis, it was briefly called 'The Mall', at one point (also, X-Treme Radio)... The tape in my tape-deck currently has station IDs from them on it. HAH. Transference.

God, I hated that guy in the morning, and I usually ignore the afternoons, too.
