1. I have the suspicion the new Depeche Mode album may take growing on me, since I... um... keep skipping the tracks. It's not awful, it's just not what I'm in the mood for?

2. OMG. Ianto keeps cueing Rapture and Eye of Jupiter. SILLY MP3 PLAYER, I don't need to listen to that right now.

3. The Emily Haines album and the new Metric album (Fantasies) are superb, however, and I may end up with them on repeat lots over the next two weeks. (I think 'The Lottery' is my current favorite track off either)

4. Note to self: make a randomly, rambly post about girls and femslashing for bsg_fslash, since you were rambling in the comments elsewhere and the comm could use some rambly traffic. Or gleeful, squeeing traffic.

9. Though, honestly, I just want to write Parker vs. Mary Shannon. There would be miscommunications and lols and Marhsall being confused. ("Hardison told me not to talk to strangers." "I'm not a stranger, I'm the federal marshall assigned to your case." "Oh. Am I getting paid for this?" .... "Did you see the way she sort of... cuddled that twenty?" "No, Marshall, and neither did you.")

10. Speaking of Loreena McKennitt, the track 'Keri-something I'm too lazy to check right now (I have to leave in five minutes)--kerichatomen? Kecharitomene off 'An Ancient Muse'. Anyway. it's totally music that would make a good Firefly vid.
