Just because Gan had a throw-away line about the Federation stomping out religion (by razing all the churches when they started their new calendar) doesn't mean you should work out how that applies to BSG, intergalactic war and this turn of the wheel.
Jenna, for instance, is not a Cylon.
(although, that would make for some... interesting times. hrm)
The Cylons vs. corruption in the Federation? Hrm.
Cavil vs. Orac. (oh god, the snarky superiority showdown of the century)
(my brain is a bit frightened by Cally + Kara + Dayna; and let's not discuss D'Anna and Servalan's mutual goals towards enlightenment and running the universe as they see fit)
