The weekend...

greycoupon from the airport and then passed out after much dithering and such. Friday, I worked. Then...
Friday night, BSG ended. With lots of discussion and such. And some fic.
Saturday,cujoy drove up and mrsdrjackson drove over, and we sat around and chatted (MDJ wandered off to meet up with others after a bit) and chatted lots. And I also did dishes (this is an important thing, you know). We went for a drive out to get food and discovered the Sonic is v.v. popular.
Then there was running through the lake at the beach and me skipping rocksand totes re-enacting one of SBabe's fics, yes. My boots were soaked and GC couldn't feel her toes, so we came back.
More chattering, thencujoy had to go.
I introduced GC to Farscape, because I felt the need to watch it (my god, I'd forgotten some of those bits and pieces, but the Farscapeyness was still there). And then we discovered the dvr hadn't recorded Daybreak 2, so we watched the Kara/Sam scenes from Resistance, The Farm, LDYB and most of Eye of Jupiter/Rapture (mmm).
There was sleeping in there.
Sadly, GC woke up feeling awful and we had to cancel our Sunday plans.
I drove her to the airport, she caught her flight and I returned to a somewhat quieter apartment.
It was nice to have people over, and I should definitely plan something again! Just as soon as something else ends. *g*
