Oh, morning, why do you suck?
1. Leverage. Man. I realized last night I don't ship anyone (bar the occasional Atlantis/SG-like "hee, orgy" thought). I mean, yes, I wrote Sophie/Parker, but more because the image was in my head than anything.
2. I'm all for platonic-y team, though.
3. Except for maybe that bit with Eliot and Alec, where Eliot was all, "I'm'a kill you." That was sorta cute in a "they mixed up what day to have sex on" way. (Alec was playing WoW)
4. Or maybe I'll start shipping Dee/Parker. Because Dee is cute and sweet and so very innocent... Yes. Little Miss I Stole an Election would be Nate's kind of white-hat. And she's efficient, too. Plus, the team could use another small woman who can kill you with her pinky (unless she gets distracted by money).
5. I listened to bits of Obama's speech yesterday at work. And the swearing-in. And. OMG. NEW PRESIDENT. For the first time in eight years, I feel slightly less cynical than normal.
6. So, my tooth. Fractured root. I can have it pulled and then suffer an implant or a bridge (implant will be a screw up in there, which I can't imagine will be any better than what's there now; bridge will require doing crap to the teeth on either side and pretty much be just as much maintenance and not last as long); or, I can have a root amputation. Since it's the smallest root, the surgeon seems to think that would be best, and the tooth would remain stable.
Me, I don't know. I think I'd just like them to remove my whole jaw, thanks.

Lyssie: I am giving much likings to Leverage - I am cackling over the blatant fan references. Klingons in the pilot ep, then in ep. 5, Hardisson talks about having to jury-rig an Internet connection in order to d/l Dr. Who. *laugh*

That said, dammit, keep on shipping. Because there needs to be quality out there, too. Especially when one side decides to start slagging off on the women.

Bwahahaha, I don't know that it's quality, but I'm sure having fun. ;) I think that side out numbers all the rest of us. Oh well.
