I has survived working on the ugliest day of the year.

1. Didn't kill anyone.

2. Nope, not even the cow-orker who had to tell her fucking "I got up at 2 am!" story five times to everyone who would listen. I sit two cubicles away, I couldn't HELP but notice. This is also the one that I'm frequently shocked she gets anything done as she spends all her time TALKING.

3. I left for work at the same time as normal and got in ten minutes early. I could actually get used to that. HEY. MORE PEOPLE STAY HOME. The drive home was quick, too.

4. Americans still only care about shopping, not about other countries. This is totes awesome, guys.

5. I am disappointed in the fslash today porn battle. Has femslash porn become passe and boring? It's barely managed four pages, and that, because two people have been spamming. Are the prompts just not interesting people? Because there wasn't a lot of time to get prompts, but some of us chucked a lot up there.

6. My computer is now officially wireless. Happy desktop.

7. Damn, my ability to write coherent sentences fails miserably.

Do you think you could give me lessons on not killing people?

Think of it this way: jail isn't as fun as being free. And forensics are good enough these days, you probably would go to jail. Or at least get locked up for a bit.
