I have cold toes.

Listening to The Verve, Simple Minds and David Bridie is a bit like listening to the same band... just from different parts of the globe. I do, though, like the new album from The Verve. It's keen.

One of my co-workers moved up from Texas (two months ago?), and she's a bit... bouncy about things like snow. She's adorable about it, but, damn. I hope that in two months when we're getting constant snow, she's not cranky.

They were trying to boil us in our apartment yesterday. It's better now.

I sort of accidentally bought series one of The Vice on Saturday. I should make myself watch it again (It's not my fault Borders was having a by two get one free sale. I really needed the Muppet Show season one...)

Note to self: CALL YOUR MOTHER. It's her birthday.

From all that I have been hearing it is going to be a rough winter in the snow department. As in we are going to get MORE than last year. o_O I hope Texas-girl is prepared...I know I'm not. >_<

I don't either, I HATE snow. The predictions I've been hearing are calling for roughly 40 more inches than what we had last season. >_

Gah, the bounciness about snow would annoy me also! Though I am less annoyed about it than I used to be now that I get snow days again with teaching. I don't mind looking out at it, as long as I can stay safely inside.

Also, today is your mom's birthday, seriously? That's so strange, because today is MY mom's birthday. What year was your mom born? Mine was 1950, I'm going to put new flowers out for her on the way to my doctor's appointment.
