1. Monday was not my day. Some idiot rear-ended me on that same stupid off-ramp. No damage, because MOYA IS A SATURN AND THEY ROCK. Suck it, Nissan owners.

2. arrshley is all officially moved-in now. Wacky.

3. I was going to call my mom to remind her NCIS started again tonight and forgot.

4. I am out of oreos. Damn.

5. um.

6. My RL is boring, ok?

7. I did manage to accidentally kill Sam Anders and Leoben Conoy, though. Depeche Mode is such a bad influence.

8. Speaking of, 'Love Thieves' is totally a Six song.

Eeep. Thank the gods for Moya. I'm glad you are ok! And seriously, consider finding an alternate route to work? Otherwise I fear for you this winter. :(

*munches cookies* The worst thing about this is that I've gone an entire winter using this route. It wasn't until spring that I started having trouble! *sulks*

I'm also considering a letter to the City of Brookfield, mentioning the problem, because I truly have seen at least an accident every other day there.

Can I ask what ramp it is? If it is one that I use on my trips into the city, I'll need to avoid it in the future.

Westbound 94, getting off on Moorland north, towards Brookfield Square.

The problem is that the ramp dumps you straight into 35-45-mph traffic with very little chance to get up to that speed. Not to mention, people don't CARE that there are cars coming off the off-ramp. So you start to go and then have to stop because some fucker in an SUV decides he's going to get in that lane so you can't. (which is what happened to me and why the woman hit me, because I'd been starting into the lane and had to jerk back)

Now, the southbound side doesn't have this problem, because it's set up so the on-ramp is an exit-only, so the off-ramp is simply its own damned lane.

I HATE that ramp! I've only had to use it twice and it is just horrid. How anyone uses that ramp regularly without dying is baffling.

You would think that they would have done the northbound exit the same as the southbound (which is great) but apparently the city of Brookfield is planned by morons.
