library, again
1. Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday, I think I thanked you all, but I don't know.
2. No internets until Thursday, which was the earliest they could get someone out.
3. Quin spent her first four hours huddled under a chair, sleeping and pretending I didn't exist. Now, of course, the apartment is her home.
4. Er. Apparently new Bones has started? Oh well. The DVR wasn't hooked up anyway.
5. I has H2O: Just Add Water, and a skeery birthday card from Musicforcylons and Ryss'n'Tom respectively. Of course, as the first bit was from Ohio, I thought it was the latter two until I looked more closely. Oops. yay. tv to watch while there is no internets.
6. I got to fangirl Torri H. at DC, who is lovely and adorable, and is totally certain that girls are smarter than boys. And The Long Goodbye was her favorite episode, since she got to run around hitting people and shooting things and being generally awesome. <3 <3 <3
7. I will log into gmail from work, but not LJ. I know, I know, not really any difference. And yet. So I get comments, I just can't, y'know, reply to 'em.
8. Also, also, I have my screensaver set to the myscrapbook thingie, and so I get fun bits, like crossovery things with Aeryn pointing her gun at the CIC crew and Adama. (because they won't give John back). And Chiana smirking at Lee Adama. and... Forever Knight randomly sashaying across just before the Painkiller Jane cast...
9. OMG I almost forgot: I'm writing more OT4 fic, but it's a s4 AU piece that got chucked, because I'd had Sam as a raptor pilot (this was before Ron decided Sam was his new Mary Sue, and made him a snarky viper jock). But it still works. And there is no pliot. Possibly, I should rectify that.
