I should go take the laptop in to get the dvd drive fixed (or replaced). Am also going to ask about getting RAM for my computer, as, um, I was pulling up the specs and I apparently have... 512 MB of RAM.

You know. I knew my computer was old, but, not that old.

Possibly, it needs an upgrade.

It is also sunny and breezy outside. And I should go to Whole Foods and get bread. Mm. Bread.

Boo computer fixing... I need to get a new battery for my laptop, but Dell sells 'em super expensive so I'm trying to find a viable alternative. I find it entirely stupid that the battery died after 18 months, when I almost always keep my laptop plugged in...

We're lucky in that there's a service plan, so, a year after we bought it, we can exchange our battery for a new one.

And it's bleu cheese walnut bread = BEST THING EVER.

That's why, actually. The heat of being left in the computer while it's running off the transformer shortens the lifespan of the battery.

When it isn't plugged in it lasts 5 minutes... if I'm lucky. 2 year old piece of shit. <_< I also want to get more RAM for my laptop. I have 512 MB too. My brother has like 2 Gigs or something of RAM on his. *is jealous* I would write you fanfic, but it is guaranteed to be suckish. :(
