John/Elizabeth (Shep and Weir from SGA). After the group of us who'd originally gone "amalgamated pairing names are bad, let's call it something stupid, like Sparky, so that the ship name is inoffensive" and had then realized that there were people calling themselves 'sparklers' (wtf), and that we should'a just named it Jizabeth and scared everyone off.

Starbuck/Anders from BSG. I don't care if it was a joke. Do not threaten to amalgamate my kids.

Standers is a real name. Mushed pairing names that that form real words and names are worse than the normal ones, because they just confuse us more.

For a moment I thought it was shipping Sam with himself (you know in that cylon way Six showed us) but then I got it. Still using his name as shipname makes it bit one-sided, doesn't it?

Keikolay, however, sounds interesting. Would be a great name for a fantasy character. Now I know from where some authors draw inspiration.

Not that I really care but mushing names is kind of infantile thing to do. However, there are way to many infantile people. All you can hope for it's just another fad and it'll go away eventually.
