Dreams...

I dreamt odd things last night. Sadly, I can only remember a small part of them. There were fanfic people in my dream, I know that. Indiana J, Timey and Drea. I think. Sigh. There were others, but I can't remember who they were anymore.

The most notable bits are, driving down a street I know that abruptly turned into a grass hill. And someone who is an antagonist of mine calling Matt Nute on the phone, and me saying Matt reminded me of a cold fire.

Which segued into me talking to Nute, then him running some sort of A&E retrospective on Buffy, with me one of the people explaining her alienation and such. I cited the episode Homecoming, how she felt dislocated because a favourite teacher didn't remember her, she missed class picture day... And then Cordelia pushed her a bit too far.

Anyway. Good morning.

What I remember...

If I'm remembering the explanation in my dream.... You're very controlled, clinical and methodical. Even when you're angry about things, or upset, you still have a tendency to be able to... shut down your emotions, almost?

A hot fire is more likely to lose control and get down to slinging mud on a third grade level. A cold one stays more sophisticated.

I am probably confusing calmness and control and coldness and such. But it was in my dream.

Analytical! That's the word I was using in my dream. Looking at things from a perspective of logic, rather than emotions.

You know, I think that's the most complimentary thing anyone's said about me in the past year or so. Honestly. I appreciate that. :)
