Aw,man.
I had forgotten the utter awesome of Exodus.
1. Sam Anders knew Isis was a hybrid baby. But there is nothing to ever indicate that he knew she was Sharon and Helo's.
2. I miss D'Anna.
3. Dee should be in charge of Pegasus.
4. Every time I see it again, I loathe Kara the Cylon's Mistress even more. And Kacey is kind of cute, but such a pointless waste of space.
5. Speaking of Sam, he wonders, briefly, if Kara would ever do for him what Ellen did for Saul, and also--knows that he would never be able to do that for Kara, because there's too much at stake. I think he hates himself a little more, at that point.
6. Athena is still the awesomest Sharon to ever awesome, and Boomer kind of has no roll in this at all, which is frakking sad, because she should have been a member of the resistance. :/
7. Cottle is also awesome, and he and D have one of the best conversations ever.
8. I wonder how things would have gone if Ellen and Saul HAD stayed on the Galactica? There are things the resistance might not have done, if he hadn't been there to push them.
9. Ugh. Still hate the Leoben stuff. Although Kara stealing Sam's knife is the best thing ever, every single time (oh otp).
10. Sam, your wife needs a hug. Don't walk away. Sam! You wife needs a-- SAM, YOUR WIFE NEEDS A HUG. Seriously. That scene still rings terribly staged. He's all "Yay, you're alive!" and then suddenly forgets all about her? YAH RIGHT. Especially for two people who are as touchy-feelie as they are. (srsly, only John and Aeryn beat them out in the "Hi! I'm going to stand right up against you, and, hey, is that my hand up your shirt? Oops." "That's ok, mine's down the back of your pants." stakes)

2. I liked her up until the suicides and messiah complex storyline.
6. Boomer really should have been in the resistance!

2. Some of that wasn't bad, but then it got short-changed, because. Dude. She was All About Hera, and then Hera disappeared after this episode. I liked the suicidal bit, but. A lot of the rest of it (like the hybrid) sucked so much ass.
6. ARGH. My original thought was that she was totally going to be a member of the resistance. And yet. Not at all, in fact, she Hates The Humans now. (gee, and Cylons aren't supposed to all be the same).
*stares at your icon* CRYING.

This is the show I love.

10. Gods, I hate that bit. At least they could've shown a glimpse of someone dying off to the side, some good reason for Sam to rush off instead of looking oblivious and cold.

And I wonder if Sam sometimes went Frak when he thought about it. Because how does he tell them without it ruining their relationship with Adama--which is moot, of course, since Sam is only Kara's Husband. Sigh.--or making them wonder if he knew all along (Sharon would, for at least a second, but then she'd remember that Sam wouldn't do that to her. Not when he knows what it's like to lose someone close to you)
You totally should, man. I would be gleeful.
10. I've said it all before, sadly. But yes. Dammit. Especially not when she gives him that look. The one that says, "hug me, you asshole". I don't care how pissed he was about the whole "who the frak is Kacey?" thing! And I still want to know why it took him so long to get to her when she ran back for Kacey, because it... just doesn't work, unless he ran into Cylons.

Obviously, for Thursday's post, I should re-watch Exodus and post about that. *makes note*

I would totally send you my tv-watchable-dvd, but that would take too long.
