True facts. I did indeed ride the elevator with Helo. True facts: the man is very very tall. True facts: I could not fit him in my suitcase for my roommate.

I am also stuck in Burbank, as it is zombie country out there, and the fog is keeping anything from landing here. Supposedly, I go out this afternoon. We'll see. If nothing else, I totally regret missing work today.

I also totally did not type that with a straight face.

At some point, I will sit down and write out my thoughts about the con.

Oh, my newest theory? Remember what Bear said about the five minutes of music he'd never written for the show and Katee said about the Energizer Bunny? What if those are the same scene? Would that not be AWESOME? :D

Bear said that the producers use some of his existing themes to do temp tracks for the director's cuts of the eps. And they called him up and asked him if he had "five minutes of continuously happy" music they could temp in. And he had to think about it and admit that, no, there was no continuously happy five minute piece he'd written, because even the happy moments are brief or intercut with something dark, so he had nothing to temp in and had to score something from scratch.

You should totally have been there, he was great. His studio musicians are mostly Oingo Boingo alum, which I didn't know and explains a lot of the awesomeness.

anyhoo, FIVE MINUTES plus Energizer Bunny.... I should probably not get my hopes up, but it would be awesome.
