Bionic Woman...

New sister = just as obnoxious and annoying as the old. Can't we just kill the kid sister, completely?

This show really should be nothing more than Jaime and Sarah running around being hot, fighting, and having sex.

eta: wow. Fake friends. I liked the landlady better.
eta2: guys, your audio isn't synched with your video. You lost a frame somewhere in there.

This is interesting so far...

I just... I really, really want it to be good, and I'm so pessimistic nowadays.

I am terribly pessimistic. But then, I'm also cranky and judgmental. sigh.

Jaime, really? Or this another case of the media misappropriating the name?

As far as I know, that's how they're spelling it this time, too.

It isn't the worst thing I've ever seen. I just find rebellious kid sisters a stupid cliche that should die in a fire.

Also, one must remember that my reaction to most of BSG is generally, "Can we have the Starbuck and Helo Caprica Road Show now, please?"

ONLY REASON TO WATCH.

srsly. the hair. it kills me.

[identity profile] pataka02.livejournal.com 2007-09-27 02:13 am (UTC)(link)
Gah... I wasn't impressed by sister, boyfriend or even Jaime that much. The only times Jaime was remotely interesting was when Sarah was on screen, too.

Can't there just be a show about Katee and her undeniable hotness?

[identity profile] lyssie.livejournal.com 2007-09-27 02:21 am (UTC)(link)
Sad, ya?

YES PLS. Sadly, she's only in, like, seven episodes this season. WOE FOR US.

[identity profile] pataka02.livejournal.com 2007-09-27 02:58 am (UTC)(link)
Only SEVEN? Umm... if the show doesn't get better, I'm not seeing a reason to watch unless Katee's on it.

The only things worth watching were Katee Sackhoff and Thomas Kretschmann, and they're not going to be in all the episodes. Meh.

I've gotten way too used to watching Katee on Sci Fi - every time there's an NBC commercial, I get startled. *facepalm*

The sister didn't (so far, halfway through) bother me as much as the heavy-handed line of the child in the car. Sigh.

I had the exact opposite reaction to the kid in the car. But then, one of these days, I will rant about how there really aren't enough women in tv/media roles, and why it causes girls to write Mary Sues who can do everything the boys can...

I certainly agree with the sentiment, but for me, the line was just too on the nose. *shrugs*

(*nitpicks*)

okay, now i don't feel so bad for having the only reason for tuning in was to get some katee...and she didn't fail me, as usual.

Did 1970s Jamie Summers have a kid sister too? I must not have watched it that much. I only remember that, when it switched networks, Richard Anderson was the first (and, as far as I know, still the only) actor ever to play the same character on two shows at the same time on different networks. Speaking of which, I didn't catch Miguel Ferrer's name - is it Oscar Goldman?
