Keith becomes Jean Grey. (or Ororo Munroe. I'm trying to decide)
Sven becomes Domino.
Pidge becomes Kitty Pryde.
Hunk becomes She-Hulk.
Lance becomes Tabitha Smith.
Lotor becomes Selene.
And, finally, Allura becomes Gambit.
It's the pink, you know.
Also, someone should do a group Voltron costume for some con, at some point. Those flight suits can't be that hard to make.
