I still wanna know where the fucking crocodile came from.
Well, at least I wasn't dreaming about coding programs last night.
Nope.
Instead, I get a full-colour-surround-sound remake of Gone With the Wind. I, of course, was Scarlett. Except the movie had changed, so, for some reason, there was a bad guy who we had to vanquish.
And Scarlett was supposed to be stupid and get captured by him (you can imagine me objecting most vociferously, here).
Rhett was this odd composite of Foe, the newspaper guy, and (don't ask ME why) Brad from Whose Line Is It Anyway? (I can get this. There were two eps with veryvery young Brads in them last night. Mmm. Brad, whose last name I can't recall).
There was also, as mentioned in my subject line, a crocodile. Trying to kill us. As we re-enacted the script.
But we were shooting at it a lot with little pistols.
Yeah, they didn't really work.
I get the GWtW stuff. I saw Hot Shots last night, and that's one of the movies mocked. I also saw French and Saunders At The Movies, with Thelma and Louise, and a few others. So, I sort of get the wierd re-written script thingie.
But I saw no crocodiles. Or alligators.
One possibility is that because I'd seen Red Dwarf's "Stoke Me A Clipper" on Sunday, that it lingered. See, there's a croc in it. Near the beginning. Except I didn't actually see the beginning. But I know it's there. And I was writing tape stuff last night, and wrote down "Stoke Me A Clipper"'s title.
Yeah. Long stretch.
Anyway. I've done my homework and my programs, which work beautifully.
Now, to the bat-cave. Er. Class. In an hour. Sigh.
